ELIGIBILITY: NoCry £100 Amazon Gift Card Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open only to residents who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of NoCry and their respective parent companies, affiliates, promotion and other vendor agencies involved in this Giveaway, as well as the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee, are not eligible to enter.
TIMING: The Giveaway Period begins Monday, December 9, 2019 at 12:00:01 AM and ends Saturday, January 18, 2020 at 11:59:59 PM.
DESCRIPTION OF GIVEAWAY: All the entries will be eligible for all the drawings to win an Amazon Gift Card worth of £100. Potential giveaway winners will be randomly selected before the end of business the next business day after the Giveaway Period. Potential winners will be contacted within 48 hours after selection.
HOW TO ENTER: There is one (1) way to enter. During the Giveaway Period, visit nocrywebpack.local/giveaway and follow all entry instructions to complete the entry form and submit to receive one (1) entry into the Giveaway (the “Online Entry”). Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. NoCry is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected registrations, which will be disqualified. All entries become the sole and exclusive property of Sponsor or Administrator and will not be returned. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.
WINNER PRIZE SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: This is a game of chance. Odds of winning are based on the entry. The potential winner will be selected by drawing an entry form at random. Should the winner not respond within the required timeframe, the prize may remain un-awarded.
If any potential winner is found to be ineligible, or if he or she has not complied with these Official Rules or declines a prize for any reason prior to award, such potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner might be selected as detailed herein, or the prize may remain un-awarded. The prize is not transferable; no prize substitutions or cash alternatives are allowed except as may be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
PRIZE AND RETAIL VALUE: Each winner will receive an Amazon Gift Card worth £100, Allow 4 weeks for delivery. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen gift cards. All federal, state, and local taxes and fees are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor will comply with all income tax reporting obligations.
AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES: Participation in the Giveaway constitutes full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent on fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. By entering, each participant agrees to: (a) comply with and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor which are binding and final in all matters relating to this Promotion; (b) release and hold harmless the Sponsor, the Administrator, the prize suppliers and each of their respective parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies, and any other organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the Giveaway, and all of their respective past and present officers, directors, employees, shareholders, agents and representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liability, including but not limited to negligence and damages of any kind to persons and property, including but not limited to invasion of privacy (under appropriation, intrusion, public disclosure of private facts, false light in the public eye or other legal theory), defamation, slander, libel, violation of right of publicity, infringement of trademark, copyright or other intellectual property rights, property damage, or death or personal injury arising out of or relating to a participant’s entry, creation of an entry or submission of an entry, participation in the Giveaway, acceptance or use or misuse of prize (including any travel or activity related thereto) and/or the broadcast, exploitation or use of entry; and (c) indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liabilities (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or relating to an entrant’s participation in the Giveaway and/or winner’s acceptance, use or misuse of a prize.
BY ENTERING THE GIVEAWAY, participants agree to these rules and release and hold harmless Sponsor, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this Giveaway or any prize won, including any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in the Giveaway. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of this offer, administration of the Giveaway or in the announcement of prizes. In its sole discretion, Sponsor may abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the Giveaway without further obligation. In such event, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, award the prize from among all valid and eligible entries then received. All entries are the property of Sponsor and are not returnable.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Giveaway; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Giveaway; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Giveaway or the processing of entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. If for any reason an entrant’s entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant’s sole remedy is another entry in the Giveaway play, provided that if it is not possible to award another entry due to discontinuance of the Giveaway, or any part of it, for any reason, Sponsor, at its discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance for any or all of the prizes offered herein. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In event that production, technical, seeding, programming or any other reasons cause more than stated number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules to be available and/or claimed, Sponsor reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, un-awarded, eligible prize claims.
