Twain Ave, Suite 210, Las Vegas 89135, NV, USA)  is an online retail store, which specializes in selling various work equipment such as work gloves, knee pads, safety glasses and other work gear. We provide an Internet store from which customers can choose between our range of products and can order them online. We also provide shipping and delivery service for our clients via Amazon (Fulfilled by Amazon).


We receive and store any information that you give us regarding the products you purchase from our online shop. We collect the personal information you provide us, such as your name, (shipping) address, as well as other shipping information, such as e-mail address, and phone number. If you register yourself as a user on our webpage, we further gather information regarding the user registration, such as a username, e-mail address, and password. This information is gathered for user registration and/or shopping delivery purposes only. The invoice information will be stored for up to 7 years from the time of issuing the invoice.


When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us, such as your name, address, email address, shipping information, and telephone number. We gather and entail this information strictly for shopping and delivery purposes only.

When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. 

Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.
Text marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send text messages about our store, new products, and other updates. Updates include Checkout Reminders. Webhooks will be used to trigger the Checkout Reminders messaging system.

How do you get my consent?

SECTION 6 – WordPress

Our store is hosted on WordPress. They provide us with an online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Your data is stored through Clourflare’s data storage, databases, and the general WooCommerce application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

We collect data necessary to process your payment if you make purchases, such as your order number, and the security code associated with your payment. All payment data is stored by Stripe or PayPal. You may find their privacy notice link(s) here: and

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Stripe stores your credit/debit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS).

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.


In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.

However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies with respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.

NoCry LLC does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties.

Hotjar is a service that analyzes the online behaviour and voice of website users. They do this by combining both analysis tools and feedback tools. Hotjar gives the owners and operators of a Hotjar Enabled Site the ‘big picture’ of how to improve the end user’s experience and performance of the Hotjar Enabled Site.
